Pain Consultants of West Florida selected Capital Growth Medvest to build-out a 5,500-square-foot vacancy located on the second floor of their existing medical office building.

Pain Consultants, led by three area doctors, helps patients manage their acute and chronic discomfort, as well as provide vital physical therapy services. The practice creates a tailored, multi-disciplinary plan for each patient — designed to give effective, long-term relief. The new build-out includes six exam rooms, four procedure rooms, a recovery room, waiting room and administrative offices for two of the physicians.

Capital Growth Medvest selected two industry leading partners to help complete the build-out. Goodwyn, Mills & Cawood acted as the project’s architect, along with Bradford Building as the general contractor.
