Capital Growth Medvest, in partnership with SeniorCare, purchased Greenway Business Park, a medical office building, in Birmingham, Ala. The 20,000+ square-foot building is located in Homewood at 1280 Columbiana Road.

SeniorCare, a geriatric healthcare service provider, is designed to meet the individual needs of older adults. In January, SeniorCare will join the properties existing tenants: Nephrology Associates, SouthernCare Hospice and Brookwood Hospital’s newly-acquired sleep lab.
