LifePoint Inpatient Rehabilitation Center

Our team is developing a new 65,000-square-foot inpatient rehab center for LifePoint. The LifePoint Inpatient Rehabilitation Center will be built side by side next to the new Centra Behavioral Health Hospital on Simons Run.

The 50-bed rehabilitation center will provide intensive nursing, physical and occupational therapy, and speech pathology services for patients suffering from neurological injuries and illnesses.

JE Dunn, based in Nashville, Tennessee, is the project’s general contractor. Stengel Hill and Associates, also based in Nashville, is the behavioral health hospital architect.
