Centra Behavioral Health Hospital

Our team is developing a new 61,000-square-foot behavioral health hospital for Centra Health. The Centra Behavioral Health Hospital will be built side by side next to the new LifePoint Inpatient Rehabilitation Center on Simons Run.

The 72-bed  hospital will provide inpatient rehabilitation services for adults suffering from mental health issues. The facility will feature open-air spaces, spacious rooms, a community area, an outside courtyard, and state-of-the-art clinical spaces to support the needs of patients and their families.

JE Dunn, based in Nashville, Tennessee, is the project’s general contractor. Earl Swensson, also based in Nashville, is the behavioral health hospital architect.
